Refund Policy

1. Payment & Session Charges

Once a user pays for a session and the chat, call, or video call is successfully started, the amount will be considered non-refundable.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refund may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Payment deducted but session not started
  • Technical issue from our platform side
  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • Call/chat/video session could not be connected due to service error

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refund will not be provided if:

  • User disconnects the session by choice
  • User is not satisfied after completing the session
  • User shares incorrect details
  • User misses or leaves the session

4. Refund Request

For refund-related queries, users can contact our support team within 24 hours of payment with payment details and issue description.


5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
