supportive listeners.
Our service is for emotional listening and general support only. It is not a
replacement for medical treatment, therapy, psychological counselling, legal advice,
or emergency help.
Users must communicate respectfully. Any abusive, harmful, threatening, sexual,
illegal, or inappropriate behaviour is strictly not allowed.
We respect user privacy. Conversations are treated with care and confidentiality.
Users should avoid sharing sensitive personal information like passwords, bank
details, OTPs, or private documents.
Service charges may apply for chat, audio call, or video call sessions. Users should
check the pricing before starting any paid session.
Each session will be available for the selected time duration. Once the session time
ends, the user may continue only by purchasing or booking another session.
If a user feels unsafe, emotionally distressed, or in an emergency situation, they
should immediately contact family, trusted people, or local emergency services.
Suno Samadhan has the right to block or suspend users who misuse the platform,
violate rules, or behave inappropriately.
